- Dr. Michèle Drechsler is Inspector of Education for primary schools specializing in the field of ICT, and engineering of distance education in France. She has a PhD in information science and communication practices of socialbookmarking in the field of education in Metz's University. She also received a Master 2 "virtual communities and management of collective intelligence via digital networks." She has written numerous articles in the field of ICT, OER, open source, social web and on the practices of collaboration and knowledge sharing between users, including via social access patterns embedded in the the free movement of crops. She has designed and developed an open numerical environment for primary teachers, training facilities integrating online virtual worlds and blended-learning. She studies the role of tools such as cognitive potential (iPads, and digital textbooks in the service of learning for primary education.). Her thesis is about the new practices of categorizing information based on communities, collective strategies for indexing and sharing online resources.
